Dr. Gordon graduated with distinction from Michigan College of Optometry in 2001. Her internships included Duane L. Waters Hospital, Battle Creek VA Medical Center, and Eaton Rapids Optometry. She completed undergraduate studies at Ferris State University. Dr. Gordon’s clinical interests are in primary care and contact lenses. She is certified to use pharmaceuticals to diagnose and treat eye disease.

She enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and playing the piano. She attends St. Roberts of Newminster Catholic Church. She currently lives in the Cascade area with her husband, Dan, and their two children.

Dr. Vanderploeg is a 2006 graduate of Michigan College of Optometry where he graduated with high distinction. His internships include Duane L. Waters Hospital, Eaton Rapids Optometry and Northern Indiana VA Medical Center. He completed his undergraduate studies at Ferris State University and Calvin College.

With 18 years’ experience serving western Michigan, Dr. Vanderploeg specializes in primary care optometry including the treatment of ocular disease and emergency eyecare. Dr. Vanderploeg is now accepting new patients.
